It certainly feels a lot like sixteen. Not that I'm surprised, but it seems the older I get, the less years matter. I've spent my entire life trying to grow up, and now that I'm almost there, it's strange. Getting to eighteen isn't that important to me; I'll already have moved out and gone to college. It's just a technicality. No, it's just the full realization that growing up never really stops. There's no magic moment when the choirs sing and you cry out "Hah! I'm an adult now!." Not in the way it really matters.
Oh well, I'm just being philosophical. Happy Unbirthday Everyone!
